Product Overview

The Hose Clamp Assembly Machine is a fully automatic assembly system designed for manufacturing metal double-lock hose assemblies. The outer hose is manually loaded by the operator, while the inner hose is automatically supplied from a tray feeder. Ferrules and other components are automatically fed by vibratory bowl feeders.
